ORDERING
EAST COAST AUTO ELECTRIC is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Thursday for order or technical help. All orders will be shipped the same day, if at all possible. Calling earlier will assure best shipping service.
Orders will normally be shipped UPS unless specified otherwise. Foreign orders must be prepaid (including freight) in U.S. funds. If any parts are back-ordered, they will be shipped as soon as they are available.
REFUSALS
Refusals will be charged a $20.00 handling charge.
RETURNS
If you receive a part and later deiced you do not want it, we will only accept returns subject to the following conditions: The product(s) must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including the shipping package.
There is a 20 percent handling charge for all returned parts. Shipping charges are not refunded.
SHORTAGES AND OVERAGES
Shipping errors must be rerouted within 48 hours of the receipt of merchandise.
FREIGHT CLAIMS
All claims for damages, shortages, or loss must be made immediately with the carrier. You must note any substantial damage to the package upon receipt of the shipment with the carrier.
REPAIRS
Call to receive an RMA # on products that need repair or maintenance and send to:

A detailed noted should be included describing the problem and the date that you need the unit back. Repair charges will be made on a time-and-labor basis. Include Name and Phone number.
Warranty repairs will follow the same procedure as listed above, except that a copy of the original sales invoice must be included. If the repair is a legitimate warranty repair, the until will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you.
